Warranty

Our rings come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.  Our warranty includes the replacement of small diamonds (less than 0.2 carats) that have fallen out.  This can occur if the ring has recently been resized.

Our warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear or accidental knocks.  Gold is a malleable metal and will exhibit signs of wear such as scratches and dents that are not covered by our warranty.  

Prongs that keep the stones in place can get caught and worn down over time.  This can result in stones falling out.  We recommend getting the prongs checked every 6-months to ensure the stones remain secure.
